An absolutely wonderful, safe, clean and super friendly place for children and grown up alike.

The staff are some of the most wonderful people you could meet and we always feel really appreciated and looked after every time we visit.

The food is superb…. The coffee beats Costa and there is so much to choose from.

How you all made it through this week boggles my brains.. You are all verging on Superhuman in stamina and people skills.

I went to play world with my two grandsons aged 6 we had an absolutely brilliant time the staff were very helpful and the food was just perfect , the organisation and management was 10 out of 10 the gentleman on duty was checking all the time that everyone and everything was ok , thank you so much we will be back Trish from Waggy Tail Farm

Very clean, warm, nice fresh food (including the salad), friendly staff. Baby area is much nicer than it used to be.Had a lovely time on a cold winters day

The facilities are clean and the whole place makes me feel confident that my son is safe to play here. I saw how it was before the new owners took over and there are VAST improvements. The staff are still very friendly and polite. The food is really nice and well presented.

Thank you all so very much for such a warm welcome last night. I am so impressed at the level of understanding you all have around Autism Awareness.

I could tell right away that you had a really good understanding of some of the difficulties some of our children face. It was just not needed to have to explain things because you were already aware, that is so refreshing and sadly unusual. It is so appreciated. You all created a relaxed environment for our children, to relax into allowing Parents to relax as our children were safe and happily socialising. 

I thought you were all amazing and lm very very impressed. I’m going to recommend my Scunthorpe charity Magic Moments looks at bringing our young children to you. I’m sure they would love a trip over.

xxxxx ate all his food once home just as l knew he would. But with practice he will eat more during the session as he knows what to expect. He was most impressed to get a cupcake 😂
